Property Maintenance ManagerLocation: Ruislip, MiddlesexSalary: £30,000 basic, OTE £37,500 - £40,000 Overview:Our client, a well-established independent lettings agency, is seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and management of their rental properties. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in property maintenance / management. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all property maintenance requests
Identify and arrange routine maintenance tasks for rental properties
Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently
Ensure all maintenance issues comply with health and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and contractor performance
Manage budgets for repairs and maintenance work
Conduct property inspections and report on necessary repairs
Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in property maintenance within the lettings industry
Car driver with own car
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and own car
Must live within a 30-minute commute of Ruislip
Ability to manage contractors and liaise with landlords and tenants professionally
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Commute should be no more than 30 minutes
