1. Preparing and Operating Machines: Setting up and operatingCNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling 1

2. Reading Blueprints: Understanding specifications of the task at hand by reading blueprints and mechanical drawings 1

3. Programming Machines: Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct functions 2
   .
4. Loading Materials: Preparing and loading raw materials and parts onto the machines 2
   .
5. Monitoring Operations: Supervising the machines while they execute tasks and making necessary adjustments to improve results 1
   .
6. Inspecting Products: Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements 2
   .
7. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on the machines 2
