FULLY OFFICE BASED ROLE
Our client in the Ruislip area is seeking a Personal Assistant who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare documents. Maintain digital filing systems.
- Email & Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, draft emails, and maintain a structured filing system. Ensure all communications reflect the directors' high standards.
- Personal Assistance: Manage personal errands, bookings, and personal admin tasks. Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Business Support: Assist with business tasks, conduct market research, and liaise with key stakeholders. Host and welcome guests professionally.
- Organisation & Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and keep track of deadlines and key events.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in adapting tone and style.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and manage urgent tasks.
- Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and proactive approach.
- Preferably with a background in property, finance, or hospitality-run businesses.
