Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team. Role Duties

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Ensuring Right to Work checks are completed and accurately recorded in the HR system.
  • Providing support for internal and external HR enquiries.
  • Maintaining electronic employee records (e.g., sickness, family leave).
  • Administering the company’s employee benefits scheme.
  • Coordinating HR-related training programs and workshops.
  • Supporting new hire induction logistics, including mandatory e-learning modules.
  • Producing and submitting reports on HR activities/trends and statistics.
  • Supporting with HR employee / industrial related processes such as disciplinary, and grievance investigations and meetings.
  • Staying up to date with the latest HR best practices.
  • General and ad hoc HR administrative duties.

Skills needed

  • Proven HR experience
  • Qualified to CIPD level 3 or studying
  • Good knowledge of GDPR and RTW
