Hours:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch
Job summary:Â Â Â The role forms part of the sales support team, whose function it is to provide full operational and administrative support to the National and Sales account managers.
General duties:
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Handling customer queries
- Completing customer data sheets for use in online activities
- Preparing quotations
- Generating reports for the sales team
- Generating customer status reports
- Sample requests
- Preparing image banks for customer use
Skills:
- Advanced Excel ( Vlookups & Pivot tables ) /MS Office
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales office or customer service role within the import/export and distribution sector
- Experience of supporting account managers or field sales team
- Able to work to set deadlines
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to prioritise
- Fluency in another European language is advantageous
