We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for an award winning, high performing sales team based in their Ruislip office. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-known brand Estate Agency dealing in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and Land and New Homes. The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, and you will have a winning mindset. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, but the company are open to a Trainee looking to get into the property industry. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Negotiator include:
- Basic £20,000 - £23,000
- OTE £30,000
- Mon to Fri working every other Saturday

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator position include:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments and conducting viewings
Skills and experience required for the role of Sales Negotiator include:
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator but open to a Trainee
- Well-spoken with good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- An excellent team player
- Target driven
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
