The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, and you will have a winning mindset. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, but the company are open to a Trainee looking to get into the property industry.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Negotiator include:

Basic 20,000 - 23,000
OTE 30,000
Mon to Fri working every other Saturday

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator position include:

Registering and qualifying potential buyers
Generating and conducting viewings
Canvassing to bring on new properties
Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
Preparing sales brochures
Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
Booking appointments and conducting viewings

Skills and experience required for the role of Sales Negotiator include:

Experience as a Sales Negotiator but open to a Trainee
Well-spoken with good telephone manner
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
An excellent team player
Target driven
Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
