Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Working Foreman to oversee a residential insurance project in Ruislip, West London.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all site activities, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Hands-on carpentry work, including flooring and refurbishment tasks.
- Coordinate brickwork and structural rebuilding of the house front.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and trades.
- Communicate regularly with the client and project team, providing progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Trade background in carpentry (essential).
- Experience managing similar residential or refurbishment projects.
- Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.
- First Aid certificate.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read drawings and manage timelines effectively.
- Car park on site.
- Supportive team and working environment.
