Computer Science Teacher
A well respected secondary school based in Ruislip, Hillingdon are looking for a Computer Science teacher to start after Easter 2025.
School are looking for someone to start on a long term contract until July 2025.
This position is full time but school are open to part time applicants. Working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Salary will match outer London MPS/UPS.
School has available parking spaces.
Computer Science Teacher :
- Provide robust expertise in both subject matter and teaching methods.
- Contribute to students' understanding and growth in Computer Science.
- Facilitate the development of lifelong learning skills and the application of practical abilities.
- Play a key role in fostering a positive and safe environment, while challenging students to reach their full potential
- Embrace and support the ethos of both boarding and day school life
School are looking for a teacher to cover KS3 and KS4. The academy, catering to students aged 11 to 18, welcomes individuals of all abilities. High expectations are set for all students, as reflected in the outcomes they achieve.
Qualifications and Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- A relevant degree
- Excellent subject knowledge with the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Approachable and encouraging
