Senior Estimator - High End
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading company in the luxury interior design, fit out and construction industry. With over 25 years of experience, our client has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional luxury interiors and complete turnkey operations for prime residential, retail, and commercial environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with internationally acclaimed private clients, renowned developers, and esteemed luxury retail establishments. Our client also acts as a main contractor, overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead all estimating for the business across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop accurate and competitive estimates.
- Analyse project specifications and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
- Present estimates to clients and participate in negotiations as needed.
