Key Responsibilities
- Manage Residential Property Transactions: Handle a full range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, lease extensions, and remortgages.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert legal advice and clear communication.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of fee earners and support staff, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient case management.
- Compliance and Legal Research: Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and conduct detailed legal research where necessary.
- Document Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate conveyancing documents with precision and attention to detail.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and a valid practising certificate.
- Have extensive experience in residential conveyancing, preferably gained at a reputable or award-winning high-street law firm.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor a team.
