Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in Psychology or a related field from a UK university
- Prior experience in a similar role would be ideal
- Confidence and passion for working with students who exhibit challenging behaviour and determination to make a lasting positive impact
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the SENDCo, pastoral team, and staff to address behavioural challenges
- Build positive, supportive relationships with students to guide them towards better outcomes
- Contribute to a positive school atmosphere for all students

- Full-time position until July
- £90-100 per day
