Workshop Plant Engineer - Ruislip Area, West London
Salary: Up to £40k DOE + Benefits

As a Workshop Plant Engineer, your main duties will include:

  • Maintaining and repairing construction plant equipment to a high standard.
  • Diagnosing faults, servicing, and conducting repairs in the workshop.
  • Working with a variety of equipment, including small tools, generators, pumps, diggers, excavators, rollers, telehandlers, and forklifts.
  • Ensuring timely, efficient repairs and completing all required paperwork accurately.
  • Collaborating with the team as needed to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven mechanical experience in plant maintenance.
  • Qualifications in plant maintenance such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in roles such as Plant Fitter, Service Engineer, Plant Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Workshop Plant Engineer.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A full UK clean driving license is essential.
