Horizon teachers are seeking a Primary Teacher to join their vibrant, dynamic Primary school based in the London borough of Hillingdon. The school nurture pupil's development through our Values Based Approach' that grows students into motivated, global citizens of the future.

Job description:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national Curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of a mixed ability class
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and communicating effectively with parents
- Be committed to developing a love of learning to ensure that everyone can grow and develop within a safe, respectful environment
