Position: Permanent – Full Time

An experienced and well organised Office Administrator is needed in the South Ruislip area. This is to work with a smart Sales & Lettings Estate Agent who have an excellent local reputation.

Previous experience as an Estate Agent Office Administrator is beneficial because the role is to support a busy team, and it will mean jumping straight in!

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in office administration and have experience in Estate Agency and preferential consideration will be given to candidates with both property sales and lettings experience.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and have excellent computer skills – Good on the phone and great with people!
