Loom Talent are recruiting a Fleet Compliance Manager for a new client in the service sector.

You will be primarily based at the company HQ in Hayes but will have occasional travel to other company sites.

As Fleet Compliance Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the fleet of vehicles and drivers meet the required standards and adhere to the company's policies, rules, and regulations. This role is crucial in a fast-paced environment, focusing on meeting deadlines for both customer operations and fleet compliance. You will ensure that the company's fleet remains fully compliant with all relevant regulations.

Previous responsibility of Fleet Compliance and maintenance - Essential

Previous experience managing within a logistics or transport department - Essential

Transport management CPC - Desirable

Strong people management and relationship skills- Essential

An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to improve processes - Essential

The ability to work to tight deadlines and under some pressure - Essential

Ability to work in the Hayes are and to work remotely - Essential
