BUYING SUPPORT

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, we are looking to recruit a Buying Coordinator located at our Head Office in Ruislip. This exciting new role will provide opportunity to develop and broaden your skill set, across multifunction activities.

The Role:

In the position of Buying Support, you will specifically be responsible for the coordination and administration of buying and commercial support across multiple business partnerships. This is a pivotal role that is designed to help shape the way this key part of our business operates. Day to day, you will be responsible for the following:• Working directly with the Buying team to support them in the delivery of all relevant KPI's - Sales, Profitability and Stock.• Being the key point of contact for the business for buying related support and queries.• Ensuring that any critical path is managed and that all ranges are suitable and compliant.• Attending selected supplier previews to support our range building process. • Supporting the business by managing buying related admin tasks, alongside deranging and range updates.• Work cross functionally with Buying, Marketing and Quality Assurance to support the promotional calendar and trading plans.• Support the production of any catalogues or other publications.• Ensuring consistency across all channels.Key skills and experience:Must have:• Excellent organisational skills.• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project demands.• High level attention to detail.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Intermediate Excel skills.It would be advantageous for you to be able to demonstrate:• Success of working in a fast-paced environment.• Natural curiosity with a love for trading product.• Exceptional people skills with the ability to quickly build and further maintain excellent relationships.• Minimum 1 year experience in a buying based administrative role.Please email me if you are interested
