The Lettings Manager position is located in Ruislip, HA4, with a basic salary of £40,000 and an OTE of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in lettings management and a strong knowledge of lettings legislation.
Key responsibilities include driving new business, managing property listings, and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation.
The successful candidate will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a full UK driving licence and their own car.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and a half day off in lieu for Saturdays worked.

This role offers the opportunity to grow a team, grow the business, and deliver outstanding service to clients. Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business and build relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
Conduct valuations and secure new property instructions
Manage property listings, viewings, and tenancy agreements
Work closely with the property management team to resolve tenant and landlord issues

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in lettings management
Strong knowledge of lettings legislation
Proven ability to manage a team and achieve targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence and own car
Live within a 30 minute commute
