- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers
- Oversee the sales process from initial instruction to completion
- Provide expert advice on market conditions and pricing strategies
- Maintain and grow the agency’s market share in the area
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the property sector
- Proven track record of winning new business and closing deals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence & own car.
