Receptionist/Administrator
Salary: £25k
We are currently working on behalf on a well established and steadily growing company in Ruislip. They provide services to the engineering and construction industry, but their top priority is providing top notch customer service!!
This role will require a candidate who has an exceptional telephone manner and enjoys problem solving and being first point of contact for all office enquiries.
You will be working in a very varied role which will keep you busy throughout the day!
Are you a people person who always lends a helping hand when necessary? Do you have experience in front of house and administration? This role would be perfect for you.
This role will begin on a contract basis, so only apply if you are able to commit to a contract.
Duties include:
- First point of all contact
- Keeping the office and front of house area tidy at all times
- Dealing with postal duties
- Taking care of the central inbox
- Organising meetings and lunch for staff members
- Dealing with office deliveries
- Keeping meeting rooms tidy
- Coordinating staff holidays and lunch rota
- General office administration duties
