The Role:

  • Preparation of Statutory Accounts & tax computations for all subsidiary companies and associated liaison with auditors
  • In-depth review, analysis and reporting of the financial performance and metrics of the Group, including variance analysis and KPI analysis, to support strategic decision-making
  • Involvement in a variety of ad hoc projects including assistance with potential acquisitions
  • Where necessary, producing, implementing and updating Financial control policies and procedures

The candidate:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  • Experience of statutory reporting
  • Strong understanding of current IFRS and FRS101 accounting standards, together with the ability to understand, resolve and discuss technical accounting issues
  • Previous exposure to Corporation Tax
