Exciting Opportunity: Performance Service Engineer

Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact while working with cutting-edge technology? We are searching for aPerformanceService Engineer to join our Clients established team, supporting the rising demand for advanced mailroom and warehouse logistics systems in the UK.

  • Location: Borough of Halton, Cheshire area (must be within a commutable distance)
  • Shifts: Early and late shifts - weekly rotation (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm)
  • Salary: 34,000 (rising to 35,000 after 6-month probation)+ 15% shift allowance + overtime up to x2.5!
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 6% pension contribution rising to 8% following 2 years service

Your Role:

  • Carry out proactive servicing and maintenance of high-performance letter insertion and sorting equipment.
  • Utilise your technical expertise to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with clients on site, while ensuring excellent communication and professional service delivery.

Who You Are:

  • You have a strong Electro-Mechanical background and thrive on diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
  • You excel in customer-facing environments and can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • You are a proactive forward-thinker, who has experience working within fast paced, busy environments.
