Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with a leading provider of industrial automation, test and measurement solutions to recruit an Administrator in Runcorn, Cheshire.
The admin role comes with a salary up to 32,000, up to 12.5% pension contributions, private medical and healthcare.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Operational Control Support Team Leader you will:
- Manage and oversee the service mailbox daily
- Track and manage opportunities with CRM, including client follow-ups
- Process and accept orders in SAP while coordinating with third-party vendors
- Schedule dates and time for the engineers' site visits and in-house tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the engineering team
- Handle invoices and manage customer billing plans within SAP
- Generate monthly reports for order book management
- Raise purchase requisitions for third-party parts and services based on vendor quotations
- Preparation of quotations for:
- Service Agreement renewals
- Site visit requests
- Spare parts procurement
- Calibration requirements
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- 3-5 years' experience working in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge (essential)

- Salary range of 28,000 - 32,000
