We are seeking a dedicated Shift Quality Specialist to ensure the standard of our Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) meet the highest level of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing quality control programs within the technical team.

Description

  • Develop and implement quality control programs within the Quality department.
  • Review and analyse quality control data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of FMCG products.
  • Create comprehensive reports on quality control findings and improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and quality control trends.
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure consistency in product quality.
  • Conduct regular quality control audits and assessments.
  • Calibrate and validate kit.

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • A 'Science' degree.
  • Previous quality/lab experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • An understanding of BRC industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of £53,000.
