Facilities Manager (Office)£44,000 - £48,500 + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + 12.5% PensionRuncorn, CheshireAre you a Facilities Manager with people management experience looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a department within a multi-national company that offers fantastic benefits and a wonderful work environment?In this role you will be, you will be managing external FM contractors and maintenance engineer as well as managing 2 internal staff. The main office is medium sized, with a headcount of approximately 100 staff. Occasionally you will have to visit a second office based in Aberdeen, but this would be rather sporadic and never at short notice.This multi-national company are a global leader in Engineering, with 18,500 employees worldwide and growing rapidly. The UK operation is cantered across 2 offices, and you will be based in Runcorn. As the team has grown, a need for a Facilities Manager has become apparent.This role would suit a Facilities Manager with people management experience looking for a role offering great benefits and the opportunity for hybrid work in the future.The Role:
- Making sure 2 offices are fully stocked and running smoothly
- Identifying areas of improvement
- Managing sub-contractors
- Being responsible for two internal staff
- Managing scope-of-work for cleaning staff
- Occasional travel to Aberdeen
- Flexible working, Monday - Friday
