The main office is medium sized, with a headcount of approximately 100 staff. Occasionally you will have to visit a second office based in Aberdeen, but this would be rather sporadic and never at short notice.This multi-national company are a global leader in Engineering, with 18,500 employees worldwide and growing rapidly. The UK operation is cantered across 2 offices, and you will be based in Runcorn. As the team has grown, a need for a Facilities Manager has become apparent.This role would suit a Facilities Manager with people management experience looking for a role offering great benefits and the opportunity for hybrid work in the future.The Role:

  • Making sure 2 offices are fully stocked and running smoothly
  • Identifying areas of improvement
  • Managing sub-contractors
  • Being responsible for two internal staff
  • Managing scope-of-work for cleaning staff

  • Flexible working, Monday - Friday
