Monday - Friday: Start times between 6.00AM & 8.00AM

Pay Rate: £14.00ph up to 8 hours, £20.00ph after 8 hours

Day to Day Duties

• Operate and drive various class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
• Delivery of HGV tyres across the North West
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure all cargo is loaded, secured and unloaded properly
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
• Nights Out required

Essential Skills

• Hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
• Have a minimum of six months experience driving Class 2 vehicles
• No more than six penalty points and no major endorsement codes
• Have a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card
• Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
• Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
• Effective communication skills
• Okay with manual handling of heavy goods
• physically fit

Desirable Experience

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
