Leading international Pharmaceutical Manufacturer requires candidates with Science or Engineering degrees (or equivalent qualification or experience) to join the business as Graduate Production Operators - Pharmaceutical. Working within GMP environments, you will set up and operate various complex processes for which you will receive full training.

About the role:

  1. Working within GMP Cleanroom environments, you will set up and operate various processes for which you will receive full Production training. Various shift patterns are available.

Duties may include:

  1. Assemble raw materials for batches in accordance with received Batch Documentation
  2. Working to a production plan deliver batches
  3. Transfer raw materials for production
  4. Label all batches in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
  5. Ensure all materials and components are replenished in preparation for start-up on the next shift
  6. Carry out documentation duties required under good manufacturing practice.
  7. Ensure areas are maintained/cleaned in accordance with good housekeeping practise and standard operating procedures.
  8. Record and communicate any issues affecting quality or efficiency.
  9. Ensure all batches and materials are transferred into the Aseptic services unit to ensure production occurs in line with the schedule.

Skills and experience:

  1. Aseptic or Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience ideal but not essential.
  2. Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan
  3. Trained in manual handling procedures
  4. Health & Safety awareness preferable.
  5. Verbal and written communication skills
  6. Numerical skills
