Nursery Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Nursery Deputy Manager to support the manager with the day-to-day operations of our clients thriving nursery in Warrington. Your Role

As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:

  • Support the Nursery Manager in leading and motivating the team
  • Step in as acting manager when required
  • mentor supervise and provide feedback to nursery staff
  • help manage rotas, training needs and staff performance reveiws

What Our Client Is Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher).
  • Up to date DBS Check.
  • Proven experience in managing staff within a nursery or similar childcare setting.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for childcare and early years education.
