You'll also manage multiple projects to ensure high-quality deliverables, mentor a talented team, and contribute to strategic business decisions, all while working on projects that set the standard for safety and innovation.

The Role:
- Define project requirements and present solutions to clients.
- Develop protective design strategies and ensure project compliance.
- Lead and mentor engineers, managing project delivery.
- Conduct structural calculations and vehicle dynamics assessments.
The Person:
- Structural Engineer or experience
- Chartered Engineer (MICE or MISTructE) or equivalent experience
- Willing to be SC Cleared
- Commutable to Runcorn
