Carbon60 are currently looking for Customer Operations Advisor to join a client of ours based on the Isover site in Runcorn. This position is a temporary role with a ASAP start.

Our client is a large engineering company who specialise in many different engineering services. To do this, our client often base themselves on their customer sites, in this case, it's Isover.

Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8:00-16:00 Monday - Friday, 30 mins lunch, 12 weeks temp - perm

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Service engineers that visit stores
  • Booking items in/out correctly using on-site IT systems
  • Stock checks and housekeeping in the stores area
  • Inventory management


Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

  • Experience within a stores/warehouse environment
  • Engineering background or previously worked within an engineering environment to recognise components easily is desirable
  • Must have valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Understanding of quality checks in stores environment with goods in/goods out desirable
  • Active FLT License - counterbalance highly desirable
  • If an active license isn't held, the candidate can still be considered but won't be trained or involved in FLT duties. Refresher can be provided for those active license
  • Basic level of IT literacy and numeracy (data entry and remembering part numbers etc and stock counts)
  • Communication skills for customer facing role
