As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the design and technical development of new residential projects. Working closely with the in-house technical team, external consultants, and site teams, you will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality housing schemes.

• Produce and manage detailed working drawings and construction packages
• Liaise with planners, engineers, and design teams to develop innovative housing solutions
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning conditions
• Provide technical guidance and support across all stages of the build process
• Assist with the resolution of technical and site-related challenges

• Strong experience in housebuilding or residential developments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry software
• A solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, NHBC, and planning legislation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
