Due to continued growth within our Property Division, we have a new role for aParalegalto join our existing Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Case Manager to take the next step in their career and join one the UKs top Litigation Companies based in Cheshire!
Key Responsibilities as a Paralegal:
- Managing a mixed case load of commercial and residential possession and debt recovery cases
- Providing advice to clients in respect of property related queries
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Working with a diverse range of clients and providing effective legal solutions
- Attending court hearings where necessary
The successful Paralegal will have:
- Minimum 2 years property litigation experience
- Commercial experience and awareness
- Proactive and positive approach to work
- Attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload from various stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
