This role represents an exciting new opportunity for someone who is a self-motivated people leader and target driven. You will be responsible for developing our network of Sales and Client Service Associates in developing leads, converting leads, and maintaining excellent customer service.

Role purpose:
To effectively lead a team of Sales, Client Services and collections Associates to ensure the team are proactively converting leads into sales to grow the business and provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients. You will ensure the team identifies opportunities to cross sell and upsell our range of services where possible.
Role responsibilities:
Responsible for managing, motivating and developing the team to ensure they are converting their assigned leads and delivering an exceptional service to all clients, both new and existing.
To ensure that all individual and team key performance indicator objectives are met on a daily/weekly basis to achieve growth.
Ensuring the team are upselling/cross selling services on every lead where possible.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the team.
Delegate leads to the sales team with guidance to ensure the leads are being worked efficiently and effectively.
Prepare and deliver sales reports to the New Business Director reporting on team member performance and priority leads on a weekly basis.
Communicating goals, deadlines and business updates to the team regularly.
Assess team performance and provide feedback both positive and negative regularly.
Assisting the New Business Director with the daily operation of the department.
Ensuring the team are managing their multi instructing clients by delivering a service of the highest standard.
Any other reasonable task or duty as requested by the company
Essential qualifications/Skills:
Previous experience of managing a team.
Previous Sales experience.
Previous debt recovery experience
Previous experience of dealing in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Proven ability to lead a successful sales team.
Effective delegation skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
Ability to manage difficult conversations
Desirable qualifications/skills/experience:
Sales management
Knowledge/previous experience in debt recovery
Knowledge/previous experience in High Court Enforcement industry
Knowledge/previous experience of Litigation processes
