Urgent requirement for a finalist or qualified finance professional to provide 14 months maternity cover for a highly successful, profitable, service provider in Runcorn. The business controller plays a pivotal role within the team and this is a great role if you want to take ownership of a business stream and business partner with non finance stakeholders. Duties will include:

  • Working with operations staff to produce budgeting and forecasting for the business and uploading to SAP
  • Preparation of cost centre reporting
  • Preparation of month end reporting including posting journals
  • Production of monthly sales reporting, price variances and cost changes and amendments
  • Year end reconciliations work
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and be the main point of contact for finance queries
