I am looking for a meticulous and organised Document Controller to join a team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the flow of documentation for engineering projects, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and distributed.

Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Maintain and update document control systems to ensure accurate records of all engineering documents, drawings, and specifications.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all documents meet the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.
Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders as required.
Archiving: Develop and implement efficient archiving procedures for easy retrieval and long-term storage of documents.
Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless document flow.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company policies.

Skills:

  • Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
