As aLearning and Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating, updating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our new and existing employees. Key Responsibilities as a Learning and Development Co-ordinator:
- Supporting the Training Lead to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our debt recovery and litigation teams.
- Creating engaging training materials, including e-learning modules and presentations.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain an accurate training log and skills matrix with a full audit trail.
- Working collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to identify skill gaps and provide guidance on improvement opportunities and training needs.
- Conducting horizon scanning, documenting all industry and regulatory changes that impact the organisation and its training materials.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to identify departmental training needs.
- Develop new and existing employee training materials to incorporate regulatory and industry changes and ensure compliance with requirements.
The successful Learning and Development Co-ordinator will have:
- 1+ years of experience in training and development (desirable)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
