We have a new and exciting opportunity available for aLearning and Development Co-ordinator tojoin our award-winning, rapidly expanding organisation. This is afull-time, permanentposition based at our head office inRuncorn, Cheshire.In return, you will receive acompetitive salary between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.There is also a benefits package in addition to your salary.

As aLearning and Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating, updating and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our new and existing employees. You will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within our organisation. You be at the forefront of ensuring our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities as a Learning and Development Co-ordinator:

  • Supporting the Training Lead to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our debt recovery and litigation teams.
  • Creating engaging training materials, including e-learning modules and presentations.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain an accurate training log and skills matrix with a full audit trail.
  • Working collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to identify skill gaps and provide guidance on improvement opportunities and training needs.
  • Conducting horizon scanning, documenting all industry and regulatory changes that impact the organisation and its training materials.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to identify departmental training needs.
  • Develop new and existing employee training materials to incorporate regulatory and industry changes and ensure compliance with requirements.

The successful Learning and Development Co-ordinator will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in training and development (desirable)
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
