Interim Finance Business Partner - 12-Month Contract

Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic manufacturing organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner for their well established team, covering a maternity leave contract. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based in Runcorn with a focus on supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting as the team continues to grow.

Location: Runcorn (Hybrid working available)
Contract Length: 12 months
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the team in producing forecasts, budgets, and strategies.
- Monthly Reporting: Assist with month-end tasks, including sales reporting, journal preparation, and management reporting
- Divisional & Global Reporting: Ensure reporting deadlines are met consistently.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Activities: Engage in price variance analysis, cost amendments and process mapping
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the main contact for finance queries.

Ideal Candidate:
- CIMA Qualified or Part-Qualified (QBE will be considered)
- 2+ years of experience in a commercially focused analyst role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills, growth mindset, and ability to improve processes
- Strong communication skills with commercial awareness
