Are you ready to take your finance career to new heights? We're on the lookout for a passionate, qualified Finance Business Partner to join a rapidly growing global organization and play a key role in a dynamic team.


In This Exciting Role, You Will:


  • Drive Financial Planning & Analysis: Collaborate closely with the finance team and local management to craft comprehensive forecasts, budgets, and Medium-Term Strategies for specific business streams and cost centres, all while ensuring compliance with internal controls and deadlines.

  • Support Local & Global Reporting: Be instrumental in meeting all reporting deadlines for the UK, Region, and Group. Your expertise will guide sales and EBIT reconciliations, month-end journals, and management reporting.

  • Engage in Ad-Hoc Activities: Take part in year-end revaluations, price variance analyses, and other key projects, all while building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting your team members.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing and uploading forecasts and budgets using SAP
  • Conducting thorough reviews of departmental expenditures to ensure accuracy
  • Developing and maintaining forecasting models to enhance local processes


What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Finance Business Partner or Finance Analyst role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
