Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects meet commercial and financial targets and achieve billing milestones.
  • Create work breakdown structures (WBS) for projects, including detailed work package descriptions.
  • Gather and analyse cost data to support project budgeting and cost control.
  • Organise and facilitate project review meetings with the management team to discuss ongoing projects, documenting and updating the actions register.
  • Monitor and report on time tracking activities.
  • Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions for both internal and third-party materials and services.
  • Expedite incoming deliveries and prepare packing lists and commercial invoices for logistics.
  • Prepare invoices and calculations, and submit them for payment through customer portals.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and understand their business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
  • SAP experience is essential (preferably as a key user).
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work well under stress with a strong attention to detail.
  • High integrity and ethics, with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytic skills combined with effective verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Build strong cross functional relationships with stakeholders and understand the business needs
