- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects meet commercial and financial targets and achieve billing milestones.
- Create work breakdown structures (WBS) for projects, including detailed work package descriptions.
- Gather and analyse cost data to support project budgeting and cost control.
- Organise and facilitate project review meetings with the management team to discuss ongoing projects, documenting and updating the actions register.
- Monitor and report on time tracking activities.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions for both internal and third-party materials and services.
- Expedite incoming deliveries and prepare packing lists and commercial invoices for logistics.
- Prepare invoices and calculations, and submit them for payment through customer portals.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and understand their business needs.
- SAP experience is essential (preferably as a key user).
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work well under stress with a strong attention to detail.
- High integrity and ethics, with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytic skills combined with effective verbal and written communication.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
