Reporting directly to the Divisional Finance Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving financial performance and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of financial strategy, with a particular focus on costing. Your duties will include:

  • Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our costing models.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making processes.
  • Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize efficiency and profitability across the manufacturing operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance reporting and operational performance.
