Key Responsibilities:

- Organise and maintain office filing systems and records.
- Assist with data entry and updating internal databases.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and handle procurement as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
