Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Management: Process sales orders and manage customer queries for UK and European distributors, including invoicing goods and arranging shipments.
  • Administration & Organisation: Organise digital and physical files, maintain the database, and ensure all customer accounts and records are up-to-date.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts, identifying and addressing their needs.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth communication and information distribution.
  • Daily Flexibility: Handle diverse tasks including data entry, assisting with marketing and warehouse needs, and supporting customer promotions and events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, numeracy, and presentation skills.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and manage time efficiently.
