Tate are delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation dedicated to providing exceptional services in the healthcare sector. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrator to support their HR and Recruitment team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional attention to detail.

Please be advised that this role is based in the office 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Job Duties:

  • Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.
  • Maintain and update various systems and databases with precision.
  • Contact new starters to gather necessary information and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including electronic filing, document preparation, and contracts.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees and external parties in a timely and courteous manner.

Personal Specification:

  • Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and new starters.
  • Comfortable using various software and systems, with a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to support team members.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is desirable but not essential.
