Acorn by Synergie are looking for an Administrator to join their client, a chemical manufacturer and supplier based in Runcorn, on a temporary basis
The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the company as they have just had a new ERP system installed and there is a backlog of work relating to this.
Key duties will include:
- Responsibility for inputting and processing orders through the system
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure all necessary supplier paperwork is obtained.
- Manage internal communication with all colleagues and the company's business sites regarding delivery of goods to site.
- Ensure all queries are resolved.
It is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience within an administrator role, good communication and IT skills, ideally having used Microsoft Dynamics
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
The rate of pay will be between £13.74 and £15.38 per hour dependant upon previous experience
Hybrid working is offered after initial training has been completed
The position is expected to continue for approx 2 months
