Working alongside another Document Controller/Administrator the duties will be varied including:
- Manage, register and maintain project information
- Ensure an up-to-date and traceable archive
- Register and archive documents
- Create and maintain a document register for each project
- Update project information with modifications
- Verify, distribute and control incoming and outgoing documents
- Compose electronic directory structures
- Hand over closed projects
- Set up due dates for document review cycles
- Expedite overdue documents
- Verify documents offered for processing on compliance with applicable document quality standards
- Archive the project documents
The successful Document Controller/Administrator will have the following skills and experience
- Previous experience working within Document control
- Previous experience working with EPC
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team, flexible and collaborative working style
