A exciting opportunity for a Document Controller/ Administrator to join an award winning business who are a global leader in their sector.Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (with a early 16:00 finish on Friday'sHybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days of your choice working from home. Excellent salary up to £38,000 + a large portfolio of benefits including:

Working alongside another Document Controller/Administrator the duties will be varied including:

  • Manage, register and maintain project information
  • Ensure an up-to-date and traceable archive
  • Register and archive documents
  • Create and maintain a document register for each project
  • Update project information with modifications
  • Verify, distribute and control incoming and outgoing documents
  • Compose electronic directory structures
  • Hand over closed projects
  • Set up due dates for document review cycles
  • Expedite overdue documents
  • Verify documents offered for processing on compliance with applicable document quality standards
  • Archive the project documents

The successful Document Controller/Administrator will have the following skills and experience

  • Previous experience working within Document control
  • Previous experience working with EPC
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well as a team, flexible and collaborative working style
