Description
Duties of the HR Assistant:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job adverts and managing responses.
- Supporting the HR team with administrative duties, including managing HR databases.
- Coordinating with the HR team in executing HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in the organisation and management of staff training programs.
- Helping in the processing of employees' requests and provide relevant information.
- Handling staff leave records and attendance.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all HR related and sensitive matters.
- Participating in HR projects when required.
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- Experience as a HR Administrator
- Proficiency in HR software and database management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
