About the Role:
Total Staff is recruiting a Preparation Stager for a night shift role in the Aseptic Services Unit. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for preparing machines and cleanrooms for the next day's production. If you're detail-oriented and experienced in aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a structured and high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sterilise machines, cleanrooms, and other production areas to ensure production readiness.
  • Assist with the post-production strip-down of cleanrooms and support the hygiene team as needed.
  • Prepare and clean cabinets, machines, and isolators according to company procedures.
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed following strict operating procedures and record all necessary information.
  • Transfer machines, raw materials, and ingredients into cleanroom cabinets for the following day's production.
  • Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) for upcoming production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper waste disposal in accordance with procedures.
  • Report any issues that could affect product quality or efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
  • Training in manual handling and familiarity with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.
  • Basic communication skills, both verbal and written.
