My client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential property. The successful candidate will join the Residential Property team and provide high-quality legal services to clients, predominantly handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions. Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier legal services in relation to sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
Liaise with clients, agents, and introducers to update on transaction progress.
Ensure efficient delivery of services.
Manage own caseload with the support of an assistant and assist fellow team members.
Participate in business development opportunities and events.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer. Candidates with at least 5 years of relevant residential property experience will be considered.
Expertise in the legal and procedural aspects of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient IT skills.
Commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to take responsibility for the financial control of own client matters.
Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to manage client expectations.
Effective time management and prioritization skills.
Marketing, networking, and business development skills appropriate to the role.
