This is a really exciting opportunity to join a lovely Runcorn based school, who have an amazing opportunty for a passionate and committed 1:1 TA to join their team.

You will have the privilege of working on a 1:1 basis with a child with SEN. As an SEN T.A. you will provide key support for the class Teacher as well as becoming a fundamental day to day support for the child.

You will work as an SEN T.A. on 1:1 basis in this wonderful school and though hardwork and effective performance you can open up further opportunities in the form of a longer term or even permanent role within the school, as well as CPD/further training and ultimately role fullfillment and career progression.

In this role as an SEN T.A. strong collaboration with fellow staff members is vital. It is important that you are able to adapt activities to cater to the diverse learning styles and individual requirements of the student you will be supporting. Effective communication is key, as you will interact with children, parents, and colleagues on a regular basis. Building positive relationships with both students and colleagues is crucial in order to foster progress and achievement among the children you work with. Furthermore, a positive approach to managing children's behaviour is highly regarded within the school community and is seen as key for the SEN T.A.

A Level 3 or equivalent qualification would be ideal but your enthusiasm and passion is key. For those who don't have a relevant qualification, relevant experience will be considered for this SEN T.A. role
